UNION @ BRIDGE

Developed for Cal Poly’s Annual Affordable Housing Real Estate Competition, Union @ Bridge is a comprehensive affordable housing proposal that earned third place in the university-wide competition. The project was conceived and executed by a two-person team, and included a detailed development proposal, financial proforma, and public presentation. Union @ Bridge emphasizes community connection, long-term affordability, and contextual urban design. The submission showcased both creative and financial feasibility, integrating architectural vision with real-world development strategies.
