This project reimagines an underutilized garage as a sleek, modern studio ADU complemented by a new storage shed. The transformation emphasizes clean lines, abundant natural light, and efficient spatial organization. Inside, the compact layout integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a flexible open living area suited for both relaxation and productivity. Large windows and minimalist finishes create an airy, contemporary atmosphere. The design preserves the original footprint of the garage while introducing the shed as a functional extension—offering additional storage or workspace—together forming a cohesive, modern ensemble that blends practicality with refined aesthetics.
